Joel has a BA in Youth Ministry from Judson University and is responsible for Design-Build Business Development for the Hutton company.
Joel is active on a number of community boards Ronald McDonald House Charities, Center City Academy, and Starkey. He also holds a Golden Eagle Merit at McConnell Air Force Base. He is also a Participant, Talent Community Engagement Committee, Greater Wichita Partnership.
Joel’s passion for working with youth is directly related to his formal education, as he explains in his own words: “Life is not about me. Life is about using my God-given gifts and abilities to serve others. When in high school, my life was greatly impacted by my youth minister which led to my interest in pursuing ministry as a life-long vocation. While my career took a different path, I look forward to sharing my lived experience with student employees.
