Why It Matters: Discover how our pioneering youth employment program continues to address crucial community needs, empowering teens facing resource challenges. Our program equips them with essential tools for academic success and a seamless transition into adulthood, promoting financial stability.
Our Approach: Through innovative social entrepreneurship, we offer youth aged 14-19 the opportunity to "earn and learn" through employment in our social enterprises: CoffeeWorks, GardenWorks, and PotteryWorks. We provide comprehensive support, including life skills training and personalized development workshops, ensuring their success in the workforce and beyond.
